Consulting
At Claris Law, we help our clients from inception to delivery. We provide consultation on subjects including WOM marketing, social media, community outreach and building client relationships.
Nick provides strategic vision and leadership for Claris Law and oversees the development and implementation of the technologies that have made Claris Law an industry leader for 10+ years. A native of Clearwater, Nick lives in Tampa with his wife and two sons. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialty in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Florida.
Patrick Mickler oversees The Injury Board’s membership experience, connecting our national network of attorneys with the ideas, opportunities and colleagues needed to help them grow a healthy practice. In his free time, the Tampa native enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his wife, Natalie, family and friends. He is an avid fan of all Tampa Bay professional sports and, of course, the Florida Gators. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University.
Angus heads up The Legal Examiner, helping IB members practice better writing and offering them consultation on growing their publishing platforms. A native of Quincy, Fla., Angus has been with The Injury Board and Claris Law since 2000. He holds a history degree from the University of Florida and his married with one son. In his spare time, Angus enjoys playing golf, fishing, Gator sports and spending time with friends and family.
Stephanie oversees publication, production and design for Claris Law. In addition, she is also editor-in-chief of The Safety Report and directs the company's four annual educational and networking events.. With the company since 2011, Stephanie has more than 13 years of experience in journalism, marketing and design, print production and event management. She holds a degree in English from Florida State University — Go Noles! When she’s not at work, Stephanie enjoys spending her time with her husband, Chad, and two children, Josh and Emma.
As Art Director, Keith oversees the creative direction for all photo, web, print and branding services at Claris Law. He is also trusted with managing the overall art direction for both print and digital versions of The Safety Report. Keith joined Claris Law in 2011 as a graduate of Florida A&M University's School of Journalism. He brings a combined 12 years of experience in print and digital design, web development, photography and brand consultation. When he's not in front of some kind of screen, Keith can be found having tea time with his two daughters or spending time with his girlfriend, Keisha.
As senior designer, Anthony has six years of experience in graphic design, branding and print. He holds a degree in graphic design from Florida A&M University where the Rattlers Strike! Strike! And Strike Again! In his spare time, Anthony loves to workout, game, spend time with his significant other, Jessica, and his dog, Asher.
Alex is the resident web designer in charge of all Claris Law website development, including our flagship ROI 2.0 websites. Alex joined the Claris Law team in July 2011 and brought with him 10 years of design, marketing and programming experience. In his free time, Alex enjoys music production, photography and has recently been traveling the country helping organize, promote and document numerous music and art festivals.
Brittany assists in all facets of marketing, social media, The Safety Report and event planning for Claris Law. In her day-to-day activities, she uses innovative techniques and social media strategies to achieve positive marketing outcomes for the firm and its clients. In her free time, Brittany enjoys boating, fishing, scuba diving and spending time with family and friends. She holds a degree in communications from the University of South Florida.
Josh administers the day-to-day tech infrastructure of Claris Law and its properties. His joy comes from creating efficient and reliable technical solutions for both employees and clients. With Claris Law since 2008, Josh holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of South Florida and has obtained a certification as a Microsoft professional. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and also volunteering in ministry.
Wayne has been the lead software developer at Claris Law since 2007. In his position, Wayne is responsible for the development of soon-to-be-relaunched The Legal Examiner and other Claris Law web properties. Wayne has been developing software both professionally and as a hobby for more than 20 years; while his current focus is the Internet, he has also written software for desktops, mobile devices, game consoles and other electronic equipment. He studied software engineering and pure mathematics at the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Mason helps our member firms connect with their community through safety campaigns that help end distracted driving, fight local hunger, keep children safe in and around cars and much, much more. Mason grew up in Tampa and now lives in Gainesville, FL. He has written for TV and film and consulted for one of the largest churches in North America. He holds a degree in history and fine arts from Washington and Lee University.
